In 1998, Report Card was my first design, because after two difficult miscarriages almost exactly a year apart, my husband and I received the blessing of our first son, and I felt as if I had finally passed the most difficult class I had ever taken.  I had a local sports shop put this design on a plain white maternity shirt for me, and I received such an amazing response from other pregnant women and the people who love them that I came up with other designs.    Then, while pregnant with my second child, I fell and broke both my legs.  Delivering and caring for a baby is hard enough.  Adding my temporary handicap of casts on both legs taught me that I could do anything!  MommyLoves was born in March, 2003 as a grass-roots, family owned and operated business when my second son was 18 months old.  

Many of the Mommy Loves designs were born of suggestions from my friends and other satisfied customers, so please drop me a line if you have a suggestion.  If I develop a new design to offer other customers, I will certainly give you the maternity and children's shirt of your choice free!
